Job Requirements:
1. More than three years of experience in independently managing projects or sales teams, and more than one year of experience in sales of explosion-proof, explosive ordnance disposal, security, anti-terrorism products & equipment or military products.
2. Familiar with the bidding and procurement process, with independent experience in preparing bids, bidding, and completing projects; successful case studies.
3. Outgoing personality, strong execution ability, strong sense of achievement, hardworking, good communication skills, strong adaptability, good at resolving interpersonal conflicts, good team management skills, and able to adapt to frequent short-term business trips;
4. Priority will be given to candidates with sales channels in public security organs, armed police, military, civil aviation, subway, border defense, and various government agencies;
5. Junior college degree or above, majoring in electrical automation, mechanical design or related fields;

Job Responsibilities:
1. Based on the company's strategy, determine the annual sales target, formulate sales strategies & plans accordingly, effectively manage and supervise team members to execute and complete work plans, and reasonably allocate, coordinate, and manage various resources in sales work;
2. Lead the team to expand market channels, develop and follow up on customers, maintain old customers, and achieve sales targets; formulate and adjust sales strategies in a timely manner based on competitors and customer situations, control project progress, and avoid project risks;
3. Responsible for collecting and analyzing market information, competitor information, and competitive product information, formulating sales strategies conducive to sales based on the collected and organized effective information, providing pre-sales technical support such as pre-sales research, and exploring potential needs;
4. Responsible for coordinating and resolving all problems encountered in the sales process and customer product use, providing customers with high-quality service, and preventing customer loss;
5. According to the customer's bidding requirements and procedures, demonstrate and explain technical solutions, introduce product function modules to customers, conduct product demonstrations, answer questions on site; independently complete bidding work, supervise and check the preparation of bidding documents (responsible for writing technical support documents, preparing bidding documents, demonstrating bidding technical solutions, bidding, and technical negotiations), and supervise and follow up on subsequent related work.
